Cultivating Authentic Representation in the Creator Economy

Founded by Aleja Jimenez in 2023, Eclectix was created to bring authentic Latine representation to the Creator ​Economy. As a Queer Chicana Creator from Riverside, CA, Aleja used her skills in public relations and digital ​marketing to bridge the cultural and community gaps she noticed. Her work with brands and creators highlighted the ​need for strategies that respect cultural differences and tell powerful stories. Aleja also recognized that influencer ​management was crucial for helping creators navigate the business side of their careers, ensuring they received fair ​compensation and support to grow both as creators and professionals.

Beyond that, Aleja was keenly aware of the unfair treatment of creators of color in the Creator Economy, where POC ​influencers and UGC creators are often underrepresented or underpaid. To combat this, she founded Somos Eclectix, ​a creator hub and community that offers new and seasoned influencers access to education and coaching by experts ​in the Creator Economy. Which later, organically, evolved into the launch of Eclectix Agency, where creators who had ​successfully started their content creator careers and needed extra support could find management.

Eclectix Agency handles everything from pitching and contract negotiations to personal branding and content ​strategy, freeing our talent to focus on growth. As a Pro Creator Management agency, we prioritize fostering long-​term partnerships with brands that our creators authentically and organically love to support. We cultivate these ​long-term partnerships with brands by running a tight ship for our creators' backend processes, ensuring efficiency ​and reliability. Growth is always a big topic. Here we believe that while trends are fun, organic content and ​intentional partnerships are the way to build for the long run. That is why our strategies focus on helping our creators ​become master storytellers, amplifying their gift to authentically and consistently connect with their community.
